Bagyong Ambo - PAGASA Update

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced on their weather bulletin that the Bagyong Ambo was located based on all available data to be at 315 kilometers East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar. The weather bureau released the data as of 4 p.m. today, May 13, 2020.

Location

Bagyong Ambo is moving west northwest even approaching the Philippine islands. It is forecasted to make landfall tomorrow afternoon or evening.



Speed

The tropical storm is moving at the speed of 10 kilometers per hour.



Strength

The tropical depression has a maximum sustained winds of 95 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 115 kilometers per hour.
